Following Documents are required for new admission-

1. Birth Certificate and photo

2. UDID card

3. Aadhaar Card

4. Disability Certificate

5. Bank Passbook

6. Guardianship Certificate from National Trust for orphan and abandon

7. Income Certificate /Rational Card / BPL Card

8. Address proof ;

9. Voter ID of both parents 

10. Eligibility  for Admission ; 
    I) From 2 years to 6 years ;

                Only therapeutic services to be provided along with school readiness skill

       ii) 6 years to 18 years ;

1. Primary, Middle School, Secondary and Special Education to be provided

2. For new admission ward should not be above 8 years.

        iii) Vocational Training

        For new student-----age 16 + years above with prevocational skill

        iv) Pre requisite skill for vocational training :

1. School readiness skill

2. No behavior problem

3. ( Co – workers ) interpersonal relationship.

4. Assessment for different trades.

          

             NIOS: i) Class viii passed certificate from recognized regular school.

                         ii) Entrance test for NIOS class (assessment from Special Educator and Clinical Psychologist )
